Roots & Rituals
Gather each Wednesday for a spiritual journey of intention and healing. Our shared space resonates with Distance Reiki, weaving energy through each participant.
The first part of our session is a deep dive into the Roots, exploring the Main Chakra System. Align your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self, centering on a specific chakra.
In the latter part, engage in Ritual together. Craft tools that serve as guides on your healing journey, aligning your being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Check each class description beforehand, as some may ask you to bring personal items for the ritual. Let us unite in this sacred exploration, weaving threads of intention into the tapestry of our shared spiritual experience.

Inner Child Healing Shamanic Journey
This sacred journey offers a powerful opportunity to heal and integrate the wounded aspects of your inner child, allowing you to cultivate greater self-love, inner peace, and wholeness. With each beat of the drum, you will be guided closer to the essence of your true self, reclaiming your inherent innocence, joy, and vitality.
Healing our inner child allows us to address and heal unresolved emotions, wounds, and traumas from childhood. By acknowledging and processing these experiences, we can release stored emotional pain and find greater emotional balance and resilience in adulthood.
Sacred Medicines, Sananga and Rapé will be served before and after to assist in aligning the chakras, decalcifying the pineal gland, and helping to remove and panema (negative stagnant energy)

Usui Reiki 1st Degree Attunements
Learn the Sacred Art of Reiki Healing.
This is the first step, the foundation level, and opens us up to the flow of Reiki energy within our physical bodies.
- Receive an introduction to Reiki
- Learn the History of Reiki and about Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, and Mrs. Takata
- Learn traditional techniques, including hand placements
- Learn more about Chakras, Meridians and Auras and how they play important factors in Reiki.
- Confidently be able to perform Reiki on yourself
- Begin to sense the energies flowing through your hands
- Learn different cleansing and grounding techniques
By the end of this course, you will be presented with a Certificate of completion. Costs include books and other materials.
In-person space is held in Lake Havasu City in My Sacred Space. This is also offered through Distance-Zoom.
