Your Yoga Teacher
Bonni Sue is a Certified 500+ hour yoga teacher. She received her Certification in Rishikesh, India, through the Association of Yoga and Meditation.
She completed 200 hours of training in 2016 and 300 hours of training in 2021, all from AYM. Specialized training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, and Prenatal and Postnatal yoga practices.
She has also completed formal training in Teaching Yoga and Mindfulness to Kids and Teens in 2018 and Yin Yoga in 2022/2023. She plans to return to India to complete an additional 500 hours of Ancient Kundalini Yoga practices in Rishikesh.
She enjoys working with beginners and introducing new yogis to their mat gracefully and effortlessly. Working very hard to break Westernized Yoga Stereotypes of what yoga should look like rather than what yoga is.
Working with yoga as a healing tool, we can focus asanas on healing benefits with the body, proving to be VERY Therapeutic with common ailments and diseases, by focusing on chakras and meridians with the Life Force Energy of the Breath.
