Join me in person for an extraordinary journey of relaxation and rejuvenation through the soothing sounds of gongs.
Immerse yourself in the gentle waves of sound, allowing your body and mind to unwind completely. Experience a profound sense of calm as the gong vibrations wash away tension and anxiety. Discover inner peace and balance as the harmonious tones resonate within you. The therapeutic vibrations of the gong can promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
This gong bath is a safe space for all, regardless of your background or beliefs. Come as you are, and let the healing power of sound embrace you.
No prior experience is necessary. Just bring your open heart and a comfortable mat or cushion.
The focus of the gong bath is typically on the therapeutic and transformative effects of gong vibrations. The vibrations from gongs are believed to profoundly impact the body and mind, inducing relaxation, reducing stress, and promoting healing.
What is the difference between a Sound Bath and a Gong Bath?
In a sound bath, various instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and sometimes gongs are used to create a soothing and immersive sonic experience. Participants typically lie down or sit in a comfortable position while the sounds wash over them. The goal is relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner harmony through the vibrations of the instruments.
On the other hand, a gong bath primarily centers around using large gongs. Gong players use different mallets and techniques to produce a wide range of sounds and vibrations. The intensity and resonance of the gongs can vary, and the experience is often described as more intense and transformative compared to a traditional sound bath. It can lead to deep relaxation, altered states of consciousness, and emotional release.
We are meeting at 1000 Goddess Labyrinth at Sara Park across the street from the dog park in Lake Havasu City

Please come prepared with a yoga mat or cushion, pillows, blankets, warm clothing, and anything else to bring you comfort as we will be laying for the duration of the Gong Bath. This allows for complete relaxation. Come well-hydrated with an open mind. We will also be having a fire ceremony, if you feel called to bring anything to release in the flames.
