Join me for a Chakra Awakening Kundalini Yoga class to jump-start your day and a Gong Bath Meditation to transcend your healing.

Bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion, a water bottle, and an open mind.

We remain in a seated position for the duration of our kundalini practice, utilizing upper body movements and our breath to activate and awaken our sleeping serpent energy as we work through every chakra with intention.

Closing our practice immersed in the healing vibrations of the Gong as we lay back in Shavasana
