Join me in person for an extraordinary journey of relaxation and rejuvenation through the soothing sounds of the gong or the powerful resonance of the drum. 
Sacred Medicines being offered in these spaces are optional. Rapé is a shamanic snuff used by different tribes in South America.

Experience a profound sense of calm as the gong or earth drum vibrations wash away tension and anxiety. Discover inner peace and balance as the harmonious tones resonate within you. The therapeutic vibrations of the gong and earth drum can promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. 

Both gong bath and drumming are safe spaces for all, regardless of your background or beliefs. Come as you are, and let the healing power of sound embrace you.

No prior experience is necessary. Just bring your open heart and a comfortable mat or cushion. 

The focus is typically on the therapeutic and transformative effects of vibrations. The vibrations from gongs and deep grounding drums are believed to profoundly impact the body and mind, inducing relaxation, reducing stress, and promoting healing. 

Space is held in my Sacred Space in Lake Havasu City. Address will be provided via email after purchase.

Sliding Scale $22-44 per person. If you are choosing to work with the medicine, please reflect this in your donation sliding scale, thank you in advance. 
If you would like to exchange a different amount than listed, feel free to Venmo or Zelle. I will also have a cash donation jar at the event. All forms of energy are greatly appreciated, I do love green plants. 🪴

Please come prepared with a yoga mat or cushion, pillows, blankets, warm clothing, and anything else to bring you comfort as we will be sitting or laying for the duration of our ritual. This allows for complete relaxation. Come well-hydrated with an open mind.
