This is the first step, the foundation level, and opens us up to the flow of Reiki energy within our physical bodies.
- Receive an introduction to Reiki
- Learn the History of Reiki and about Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, and Mrs. Takata
- Learn traditional techniques, including hand placements
- Learn more about Chakras, Meridians and Auras and how they play important factors in Reiki.
- Confidently be able to perform Reiki on yourself
- Begin to sense the energies flowing through your hands
- Learn different cleansing and grounding techniques
By the end of this course, you will be presented with a Certificate of completion. Costs include books and other materials.
In-person space is held in Lake Havasu City in My Sacred Space. This is also offered through Distance-Zoom.
Space held from 10 AM - 3 PM.
